Should the ILLEGALS Be Allowed to Disregard Law?
Is it FAIR, that illegals are allowed to not pay taxes, and drive without licenses or insurance, and steal identities to get fake social security numbers, etc., etc.?
For that's essentially what our government has been allowing them to do.
When was the last time that you saw a report of an illegal being locked up and deported for driving a car?
It is a joke.
A very sad joke.
Police officers are often ordered to NOT arrest the illegals.
And the ACLU will file lawsuits defending the illegals.
Meanwhile, besides having become a CRIMINAL by breaking a criminal law entering our country illegally, an illegal commits other crimes therafter.
The most common being IDENTITY THEFT.
For how else do they get a fake social security number?

For all you people who seem to think illegal immigrants pose no threat to our society I would like to ask you a question.
How can a 6 year old child who is in Kindergarten already have 5 years of social security contributions?
How can a 6 year old child have a Drivers licence?
Thursday Morning we received a call from an Investigator from the Social Security Administration who said he would like to see us and what would be a convenient time for him to do so.
Long story short we met Thursday afternoon and much to my surprise we found out my six year old has not only been driving without our consent but also working too.
We also found out that she is indeed not six years old but twenty seven.
I am happy to say that the individual responsible has been in custody since Friday lunchtime.
The SS Investigator we talked to told us that this is much more of a common problem than you would believe.
The advice he gives is to contact the SSA once to twice a year to see if there is any activity on your childs SSA account.
The worst of it is we also found our 6 year old is wanted on an out of state warrant for failure to appear 4 counts.
We have also found that her credit record is extremely poor.
I am sure the very good job the identity thief was doing may have been appreciated by a citizen.
At the moment we are not entirely sure how our daughters details were obtained or how the thief managed to get away with this for 5 years.
Any of you that have children under 18 may want to contact the SSA.

It opened my eyes a bit I can tell you. I still cannot understand several things.
How can a 27 year old Mexican Female who does not have a complete grasp on the English language pass herself off as being born here?
How can a 27 year old Mexican Female pass herself off with my daughters name which is so whitebread so to say its unbelievable. How could anyone not question that?
How can this 27yo obtain a birth certificate for my daughter aged 6 then alter it so that suddenly she becomes 27?
Then obtain a drivers licence social security card and credit etc?
Here's the kicker though. We found out it is very common for these people to have a second identity so if the heat comes their way they can simply dissapear move and reappear as a new person.
In this case the second identity of this same 27 year old Mexican female was that of an 8 year old girl from a western state.
Now apart from the fact that our privacy and the privacy of our daughter has been violated and someone has committed a criminal act, let me tell you how this affects us on a more personal level.
My wife is probably one of the most reasonable down to earth loving women you would ever want to meet. Though if you mess with one of her children there is going to be hell to pay.
This has upset both my wife and I greatly.
Now the SSA will clear up the matter from their end and put all records right etc. They will even clear up the warrant issue so we do not have to worry about that.
Though there is a limited amount that they can do when it comes to the credit reporting agencies. Not that my daughter will ever probably need credit but why should her name be sullied like this?
This is going to end up costing us time and money we should not have to spend.
What is even more upsetting is that apart from the intrusion into our lives is that this is a very common occurence.
Again I would urge any parent to contact the SSA and make sure their childs identity is not being used.
And one has to question if an illegal alien can do this with apparent ease can someone with motives even more sinister do the same?

Just to clarify a point here. Day One was more than welcome to copy and paste my post. This is a public forum.
Some people may not like my opinions and the stand I take on issues but the world would be a pretty boring place if we all agreed would it not?
I consider myself to be a fair minded man and have no preconceived ideas about other races. I have raised all my children to treat everyone as an individual and judge them on the content of their character rather than the color of their skin.
Are we upset by the use of our daughters identity? Yes we are both livid about it. I intend to make sure everything is done to prosecute this criminal to the fullest extent that the law allows.
I believe very strongly in law and order. I believe the law should be applied to everyone equally regardless of race.
I do not support illegal immigration. To me the people that come here illegally are no better than a common criminal. Regardless of race illegal aliens are breaking the law.
I would be equally upset if it was a red headed Irishman that had committed this crime.
My post was made more to make people aware of a growing problem with identity theft than anything else.
Please do not construe my post as some sort of racist agenda.
Those that break the law deserve prosecution and punishment.
Whatever their color or race.
